I love my Felix, I had a tank crash in the middle of the night. my Felix alerted me and I was able to save 60% of my livestock thanks to those alerts!

I'm from south carolina and i Love the Felix, anytime I have a issue they make sure it's fix right away. They have THE best customer service. They are able to walk you through step by step with any issues you have. The respond time of getting you going is almost asap. I never waited more that 15 minute to have my issue Resolved. If you are thinking should I buy a Neptune or a Felix try not to think to hard, Felix is the way to go!!! you won't regret the Felix!!! BTW Tom Thank you for everything you've done!! Quick review on the Felix Smart Aquarium controller for my planted tank setup that I purchased, and I am absolutely thrilled with it! The setup process was a breeze, and I was able to start controlling all my equipment, setting timers, based on events and scenarios for connected devices right away i.e canister filter, heater, UVL, CO2, mister, and dosing pump. What I love most about the Felix Smart Aquarium controller is how easy it is to use. The app is intuitive and user-friendly, for example to customise my lighting and temperature settings by creating dependent rules based on the IFTTT system with just a few taps. The real-time monitoring and alerts are also incredibly helpful. I can keep an eye (literally- Webcam feature) on my aquarium from anywhere, and I'm always alerted if something isn't quite right. Another great feature of the Felix Smart Aquarium controller is its compatibility with other smart home devices. I was able to integrate it with Apple HomeKit, which gives the ability to control my aquarium with voice commands. It's also compatible with Google Assistant and Alexa, making it easy to incorporate into my smart home ecosystem. Overall, I highly recommend the Felix Smart Aquarium controller to anyone who's serious about their aquarium hobby. It's an excellent investment that has truly taken my planted tank setup to the next level. Additionally, the customer service and support team is fantastic - despite the time difference, me being based in Australia and them in Canada - they are always prompt to reply and always eager to help. It's hands down the best purchase I've made for my aquarium setup.

Hubby purchased system and upon installation we struggled with the Wi-Fi set up. Felix works only on 2.4, highly suggest separating your dual band internet naming them different from each other. We worked with their IT depart (Tom and Lucas) and these guys are the best!! They were available to chat with me until we got the unit up and working properly. This system is so much more affordable than the Neptune/apex system and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
